Member Guide: How to Pay Your Annual Membership Fee Online
Your annual membership fee is due on 1 July each year. This guide walks you through how to pay online in a few simple steps.
Step 1 — Log in to your member account
Go to redlandsboatclub.org.au/my-account and sign in with your email address and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Lost your password? on the login page and a reset link will be emailed to you.
Step 2 — Find your renewal invoice
Once logged in, go to My Account → Orders. Your renewal invoice will appear at the top of the list with a status of Pending Payment.
You can also click the Pay Now link in the renewal invoice email sent to you on 1 July.
Step 3 — Pay by card
Click Pay on your renewal invoice. You will be taken to a secure payment page. Enter your Visa or Mastercard details and click Place Order.
Payment is processed securely through Square. Your card details are never stored on the RBC website.

If you don’t have a Visa or Mastercard, you can pay by direct bank transfer. See the bank details in your renewal invoice email, or contact the Secretary at secretary@redlandsboatclub.org.au. Please include your name and member number in the transfer reference.
Step 4 — Confirmation
Once payment is processed you will receive a Renewal Order confirmation email. Your membership status will update to Active automatically.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact the Secretary.
Important dates

| 1 August | Unpaid memberships suspended — access to facilities and the member portal is put on hold until payment is received |
