INGREDIENTS
- 2 Fish fillets
- 1 packet Deb instant Mashed Potato
- 150gms medium diced Mushrooms
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
METHOD Steam fish until cooked. Add boiling water to Deb Potato as directed. Place fish, potatoes, mushrooms and egg into a bowl and mix well. Roll into balls. Flatten and coat with breadcrumbs. Place in very hot oil until golden brown on each side.
