Hall Hire & Functions

The Redlands Boat Club hall can be hired for parties, weddings and functions.

Facilities Include:

• Seating for 120 people. Numbers in excess of this amount require the hiring of additional seating, tables, etc. This is the responsibility of the hirer, not the club. (Remember the bridal table will take up 2 or 3 tables with seating on one side only.)
• Parking is available but is limited.
• Glasses
• Cleaning after function.
• Bar facilities: Redlands Boat Club is fully licensed, with bar facilities available. Note that no alcohol is allowed to be brought to the premises for a function. RSA Bar Personnel are available for hire—minimum 2 persons, 3 persons if the function caters for more than 60 people. Please enquire at the time for rates.
• Kitchen facilities: Redlands Boat Club has a commercial kitchen available for use by the caterer of your choice. The kitchen cleaning is the caterer’s responsibility, and the caterer must have a current supervisor’s certificate, and evidence of such must be shown before the event occurs.
  • If Club equipment i.e. Oven, Cooktop, Baine – Marie etc is to be used a further payment of $110.00 is required. Should there be a need to hire plates/cutlery, an additional $1.50 per place setting will be applied. Note that there is a limited, full plate & cutlery setting available. Please check first.
